    Mental attitude and stress management is very important to me. I am having trouble especially with stress management recently and I was really hoping that yoga could help me out with that. It is nice that there are coaches such as yourself, who helps newbies like me. Thank you so much!

    Thanks for this episode. It is not every day that you get to encounter people who want to help others concerning their yoga journey. This yoga trainer really knows how to capture her audience and I am truly grateful for all her help. I do wish I found this a lot sooner.
